  • Production time — All items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
  • Estimated delivery (US) — Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after production. Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8–17 business days.
  • Expedited shipping — Where available, expedited options will be shown at checkout. Note that expedited shipping applies to transit time only, not production time.
  • Tracking — You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
  • International shipping — Currently shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs delays. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Delays — During peak seasons (holidays, graduation season), production and shipping may take longer. We'll communicate any significant delays.
